Emperor Shipping Policy

At Emperor, we do everything we can to ensure your order reaches you quickly, safely, and at the best possible rates.

1. Delivery Options

• Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days to all major cities and towns across South Africa.

• Outlying / Remote Areas: Delivery may take 5–7 business days, depending on courier schedules.

2. Shipping Fees

• FREE delivery on all orders over R1000 (to main urban areas).

• Orders under R1000: A flat delivery fee applies, calculated at checkout.

• Outlying / Remote Areas: Additional courier surcharges may apply — these will be clearly displayed at checkout.

3. Order Processing

• Orders placed before 11am are dispatched the same business day (stock permitting).

• Orders after 11am or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day.

4. Tracking Your Order

• Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.

• You can follow your parcel online until delivery.

5. Delivery Conditions

• Deliveries are made weekdays only (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

• We cannot guarantee exact delivery times; couriers operate between 8am and 5pm.

6. Exceptions & Notes

• Emperor is not liable for delays caused by courier companies, adverse weather, or strikes.
